FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: You acknowledge that the California Self-Service Storage Facility Act requires Lessor to disclose to you, at least 72 hours prior to delivery to you of an empty Container, this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Section 21707.1(a)(5) of California’s Business and Professions Code. By initialing below, you acknowledge that Lessor provided you a document with such terms and conditions and that you fully understand and voluntarily waive Lessor’s requirement to provide you with this Agreement and such terms and conditions at least 72 hours prior to the delivery to you of an empty Container.
